TCAX-A Thermally Compensated Accelerometers

The TCAX-A series of accelerometers are a family of high-range, miniature, tri-axial, analog output accelerometers, featuring:

• active thermal compensation

• per device calibration

• DC-output, silicon MEMS sensing

• configurable output bandwidth

The devices are centrifugally calibrated and actively thermally compensated to exhibit exceptional sensitivity and zero-offset stability across a wide temperature range of -15°C to +85°C (extended calibration to 105°C available upon request).
