Embedded electronics design

We design robust embedded electronic systems tailored for demanding applications. Our expertise spans analog, digital, and power electronics design covering everything from precision signal conditioning to efficient power conversion and motor control. We work with a wide range of 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers, including ARM Cortex-M0+, M3, M4, and M4F cores, selected for the right balance of performance, cost, and reliability. Our designs routinely integrate industry-standard communication interfaces such as USB, CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, RS-232, Ethernet (TCP/IP), and more; ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability in embedded systems. Whether it’s a compact, single-board solution or a modular multi-board architecture, we deliver production-ready designs that are engineered for performance and built to last.

In-house manufacturing

We manufacture all our electronics in-house to maintain complete control over quality, flexibility, and project pace. From surface-mount assembly using our own pick-and-place equipment to hand assembly for low-volume and mixed technology builds, our production processes are tightly integrated with design. This allows us to prototype rapidly, adapt quickly to design changes, and maintain consistency from first article to final batch. We also have experience developing and running automated functional test systems (FCT), ensuring every unit is verified to meet its specification before it leaves our facility. By keeping manufacturing under one roof, we shorten lead times, reduce risk, and deliver dependable, production-ready hardware—on your schedule.

Software development

We develop high-reliability firmware for embedded systems where timing, determinism, and robustness are critical. Our experience includes real-time applications with strict hard real-time constraints, multi-tasking systems, and complex communication with other devices over protocols such as CAN, LIN, USB, and Ethernet. We design software that is fault-tolerant, maintainable, and engineered for long-term reliability; whether running on a low-power MCU or a performance-optimised ARM Cortex-M core.

In parallel, we build desktop and cloud-connected application software, typically in C#/.NET, used for configuring, monitoring, or diagnosing embedded devices. Our systems often integrate with databases, networks, and web services, leveraging technologies such as SQL and AWS offerings to provide complete, end-to-end solutions. By developing both embedded firmware and companion software in-house, we ensure seamless interoperability and control across the entire system.
